Billing & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Musher offers Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise subscription plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page. Enterprise plans are subject to separately negotiated terms.

2. Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

3. Free-to-Paid Conversion

If you upgrade from a Free plan to a paid plan, billing begins immediately upon confirmation of your payment method. If a free trial is offered, you will be notified before the trial ends and charged only after providing explicit consent to convert to a paid subscription. We will never charge your payment method without your affirmative action.

4. Proration

When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refund is issued for the remaining period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation is entirely self-serve and requires no human intervention, email, or phone call. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the paid period
  • Private bundles exceeding Free plan limits will become read-only (not deleted) until you upgrade or remove excess bundles

6. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

7. Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added based on your billing address and are displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.

8. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our payment processor, Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

9. Past-Due Accounts

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and notify you via email. If payment remains outstanding after 14 days, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan. We will provide reasonable notice before any service restriction.
