Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Musher's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, DMCA Policy, Billing & Subscription Policy, and Unpublish & Immutability Policy.
2. Description of Service
Musher provides a versioned registry and distribution platform for AI agent bundles. Our services include a web console, command-line interface (CLI) tools, software development kits (SDKs), an OCI-compatible registry, and a public hub for packaging, publishing, and consuming agent skills, prompts, rules, and configurations.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- One person or legal entity per account
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
4. Individual vs. Organization Accounts
Musher supports both individual accounts and organization accounts. If an account is created using a corporate email domain or assigned to an Organization namespace, the Organization retains ownership of the namespace, all bundles published under it, and all associated data. Organization administrators have the contractual right to access, restrict, or remove any individual member's access to organizational assets. When an individual member departs an organization, the organization retains full control of its namespace and published bundles.
5. Namespace Ownership & Reclamation
Musher reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or suspend namespaces or bundle names that:
- Remain inactive for an extended period (12+ months with no published content)
- Violate third-party trademarks
- Are used for malicious namespace squatting
- Infringe upon the rights of others
We will make reasonable efforts to notify namespace holders before taking reclamation action.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In addition, you agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Upload malicious code or content to the registry
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Musher. The Musher platform, including all features and functionality, is owned by Musher and protected by international intellectual property laws.
8. License Grant to Musher
By using our services, you grant Musher a limited license as follows:
- Public Bundles: You grant Musher a worldwide, royalty-free right to host, store, scan, index, hash-verify, display, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You also grant all other platform users a license to download and use public bundles in accordance with the license specified in the bundle's metadata.
- Private Bundles: You grant Musher only the rights necessary to store, backup, and provide access to your private content through the Service. Musher commits to strict confidentiality of private bundles, limiting internal access to automated systems required to provide the service (cloud storage, backup, and security scanning).
9. Registry Immutability
To protect the software supply chain, public bundle versions are generally immutable once published. Removal is governed by our Unpublish & Immutability Policy. Musher reserves the right to remove content that contains malware, exposes credentials, infringes intellectual property, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
10. AI Data Use & Telemetry
We do not use your private bundles, prompts, or proprietary configurations to train AI models. We collect aggregated, anonymized usage telemetry (CLI usage statistics, error logs, latency metrics) to monitor and improve the platform. Your bundle content is never included in telemetry. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. CLI & SDK Usage
Access to the Musher CLI, SDKs, and APIs is subject to rate limits and automated abuse prevention. You are responsible for securing your API keys and must not share them publicly. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access to protect platform stability.
12. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Musher hosts and distributes bundles published by third-party developers and community members. Musher does not endorse, verify, or warrant the safety, quality, cryptographic provenance, or non-infringement of community-published bundles. You download and integrate public bundles entirely at your own risk. See our DMCA Policy for reporting intellectual property concerns.
13. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Billing details, cancellation procedures, and refund policies are governed by our Billing & Subscription Policy. You may cancel at any time through the self-serve billing portal.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform, CLI, SDKs, and all related services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
Musher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Musher in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you may request export of your private bundle data within 30 days.
17. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms via email or a prominent notice within the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service 30 days after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account before they take effect.
